摘　　要：近年来国内外越来越关注和重视对教师胜任力的研究,本文分别从教师胜任力的概念界定、研究对象、评价以及模型构建理论基础和方法等方面进行整理分析,并对我国教师胜任力现有的研究现状进行归纳总结,提出不足的同时指出日后的研究方向。Recent years have seen more and more attention paid to researches on teachers＇ competency at home and abroad. Sorting out and analyzing the concept,research object,evaluation,theoretical basis and methods of model construction of teaching competency,the paper summarizes the current situation of researches on teachers＇ competency in China and points out the defects as well as future research direction.
