摘 要:目的构建护理学硕士研究生学位论文评价指标体系,为评价学位论文质量提供依据。方法选取36名护理教育专家为函询对象,应用德尔菲法对构建的护理学硕士研究生学位论文评价指标体系进行2轮函询。结果经2轮专家函询,确定一级指标8个,即论文选题、创新性、文献综述、基础理论及专业知识、科研设计、写作、诚信、所获成果,二级指标21个,三级指标40个;并确定各级指标的权重。专家权威系数0.895,肯德尔协调系数0.323(P<0.01)。结论该评价指标体系获得专家认可,能作为评价护理学硕士研究生量性研究学位论文质量的标准。Objective To improve quality of master thesis in nursing by development of an evaluation system.Methods Thirty six experts in nursing education were invited to give their opinions on indicators developed for evaluation of master thesis through two rounds of Delphi questionnaires.Results After two rounds of expert consultation,the evaluation system was established and composed of 8primary indicators,21 secondary indicators,and 40 tertiary indicators.The primary indicators were topic selection,innovation,literature review,theoretical foundation and professional knowledge,research design,writing,integrity,and achievement.Weight of each indicator was calculated.The authority coefficient of expert was 0.895 and the Kendall coefficient was 0.323(P〈0.01).Conclusion The evaluation system confirmed by experts in nursing education can be used to judge quality of quantitative thesis of nursing masters.
