摘 要:目的探讨叙事教育对实习护生人文关怀能力的影响。方法对345名实习护生进行叙事教育,包括欣赏文学作品、音乐、人文励志电影,书写反思日记,分享人文关怀故事等。分别于临床实习前、后对其人文关怀能力进行问卷调查。结果护生人文关怀能力显著提高(均P<0.05)。结论采用多种方式的叙事教育能够提高实习护生的人文关怀能力。Objective To investigate the effect of narrative education on caring ability in nursing students.Methods A total of 345 nursing students were subjected to narrative education,including reading books,watching humanistic movies,writing reflective diaries,and sharing caring stories,etc.Their caring ability was evaluated before and after the education program by using the Caring Ability Inventory.Results Nursing students′caring ability was significantly improved after the education program(P〈0.05 for all).Conclusion Various narrative methods can improve nursing students′caring ability during clinical practice.
