摘　　要：在当代的著名学者中 ,傅伟勋是新儒家最为重要的批评者之一。他对当代新儒学所面临困境的一系列分析和论说 ,在学术界有相当大的影响。文章分析了傅伟勋与新儒家之间的关系 ,对他批评新儒家的主要观点作了梳理 ,从思想发展的内在理路 ,提示了这些批判的独创性价值和超越性意义 ,从而使学界能在更深入的层面上来认识和理解这些争辩性问题的内涵。Among famous contemporary scholars, FU Wei-xun is one of the most important critics. His series of analysis and comments on the predicaments that confronts contemporary neo-Confucianism have great impact on the academic circles. This article analyses the relationship between FU Wei-xun and neo-Confucianism, reorganizing his main arguments in criticism of neo-Confucianism. From the inherent frame of reference of the development of the ideas, the writer undertakes to reveal the original value and transcendent significance of these criticisms, thereby enabling the academic circles to recognize and understand the connotations of these argumentative issues at a much deeper level.
