摘　　要：为了应对当前公共突发事件的严峻形势,帮助医院建立一支训练有素、经验丰富的救援人员队伍,设计了一种面向医院应急救援人员的案例培训方法。应急应对经验表明,应急工作者所拥有的最重要资源就是相关的历史案例。分析了医疗应急救援事件的特征,设计了医疗应急救援案例属性表示的结构化模型,并结合案例推理技术,设计了生成目标案例的工作流程;结合群体互动学习的知识,设计了基于目标案例的群体培训学习方法。这有助于提升应急主体对突发事件情景的认知能力及决策素质,以便更好地对公共突发事件作出快速有效的应急响应。In this paper, we designed a case-based training method to deal with the severe situation of public emergencies and help the hospital build a team for emergency rescue, which is well-trained and experienced. Emergency experience shows that the related cases are the most important resource to e- mergency workers. First of all, we analyzed the features of emergency rescue of hospitals, and designed a structure model which can show the attributes of the cases. And then, we combined the tech- nology of case-based reasoning to design the working process which can generate the target case. On this basis, the group training method has been designed by the knowledge of interactive learning. The method in this paper can help emergency workers improve the ability of cognitive, decision-making and response to public emergencies more effectively.
