摘　　要：为了更好地突破影响深圳市宝安区民办教育发展的瓶颈,促进其可持续协调发展,追寻制约民办教育发展的关键因素成为了当前重要的议题之一。通过本次调查发现,当前宝安区民办教育在发展过程中存在诸多问题,如社会认同度较低、民办学校办学自主权没有得到全面落实、高负荷学位压力与学校资源环境建设之间的不协调、民办学校教学质量参差不齐及民办学校教师队伍流动性大等。同时对这些问题做进一步的探究,以试图追寻背后的深层原因。In order to break the bottleneck effect in the development of non-government funded education in Baoan district in Shenzhen, promote the sustainable and coordinated development,the search of the key factors restricting the development of non-government funded education has become one of the current important issues. Through the survey, the paper finds that there are many problems in the development of non-government funded education in Baoan district, such as the low social recognition,lack of autonomy, high-loaded students allocation, uneven teaching quality and unsteady teaching staff. Furthermore, the paper explores the reasons causing the problem.
