提高解剖实验室文化建设的理论与实践

摘　　要：从解剖实验室的文化建设内涵、文化建设特征和文化建设原则三个方面探讨了解剖实验室的文化建设。并进一步探讨了解剖实验室的文化建设的组成部分,及具体的实践实施方案。指出解剖实验室在教学科研过程中文化建设的重要性,提出文化建设是育人之根本,提高解剖实验室的文化建设与提高整体的解剖实验教学质量是有机统一的观点。通过师生多年的共同努力建设,解剖学课程已经发展成为校级精品课程,实验室有着比较完整的实验规章制度和安全保障制度,教学物质条件实现了现代化教学,使得师生能够在良好的环境中工作和学习,为医学生今后的学习打下了坚实的解剖学基础。This paper discusses the cultural connotation of anatomy laboratory construction, cultural construction and cultural construction features form three principles theories of the cultural construction anatomy laboratory. It further points out the cultural construction is part of the anatomy lab, and is a specific practice implementation. According to the important role in the cultural construction in the anatomy laboratory teaching and research, the paper proposes that the cultural construction is the basic foundation for higher education. Improving the cultural construction of the anatomy lab and improving the overall quality of teaching anatomy experiment consists of an organic unity of view. Through the joint efforts of teachers for many years, the anatomy curriculum has become the excellent course in university. Laboratory has a relatively complete experimental regulations and safety system, and teaching material conditions realize the modernization. These make the teachers and students can work and study in a good environment, and present a solid foundation for the future study of medical students.
