摘　　要：教师形象对教育教学和学生身心发展有着至关重要的作用。不同年级不同地域小学生心目中的教师形象是不同的。良好教师形象的建构主要依赖于教师培养机制、学生评教制度、家校合作评教制度及教师自身素质提升等方面的全面完善。Image of teachers plays a vital role in primary education, and the physical and mental development of the students. Pupils from different grades and regions have different views on the image of teachers. The construction of good image of a teacher relies on the completion of teachers＇ cultivation system, students＇ evaluation system, evaluation system cooperated by parents and schools, and the self-fulfillment of the teachers, etc.
