摘 要:高职院校每年为社会培养出大批的技术人才,已成为我国教育产业发展的重要力量。为了保证高职教育的健康和可持续发展,加强师资队伍建设,建立和完善绩效管理体系已成为高职院校的一项战略任务。分析了高职院校绩效管理存在的问题,提出了完善高职院校绩校管理体系的对策、建议。Higher vocational colleges have become an important force in the development of education industry in our country with cultivating a large number of technical talents for the society every year. In order to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational education, to strengthen the construction of teaching staff, establish and perfect the performance management system have become a strategic task in higher vocational colleges. Up till now, though many higher vocational colleges have achieved experiences in the implementation of the salary incentive ,talent introduction, teachers'training, and other means of strengthening the construction of teachers' team. Nevertheless ,there are still weak link in teachers'management performance, therefore, in order to improve teachers'performance management, and make the reform in teachers'performance management system more effective in colleges, the education requirements and particularity in higher vocational education should be focused on according to the related theories and practical experience.
