摘  要:为更加快速稳定有效地控制高压脉冲电场设备,提高设备的稳定性、可调性和易用性,研制了1套基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的高压脉冲电场(PEF)设备控制器.控制器包括用于人机交互操作的工控计算机触摸屏终端、执行控制任务的FPGA控制器及其附属外围电路3部分.FPGA控制器采用Cyclone系列的高速处理芯片,附属电路包括触发信号电平转换、光电隔离部分以及电压电流反馈部分.控制器能够连续调节脉冲波形的频率、占空比,以及实现对于高压IGBT的触发和过流监控,控制脉冲电场的电压电流等功能.通过实验室测试证实,系统较好地实现了设计目标,研制出频率(10~104 Hz)、占空比(2~10μs)、电压(0~35kV)均可连续实时调节的高压脉冲电场发生器,同时其具有很强的扩展能力,能够配合新型脉冲发生器使用.To control the high-voltage pulsed electric field(PEF) generator faster, more stable, and more effective, a new controller for high-voltage pulsed electrical field device based on field-programmable gate array(FPGA) was developed. The controller consists of an industrial control computer with a touch screen used for man-machine operation, a field-programmable gate array (FPGA) controller, and other external circuits. FPGA uses high speed chipsets from Cyc- lone. External circuits consists of the trigger-signal voltage convertor, photoelectric isolation, and voltage-current feedback, The controller can adjust the output wave's frequency and duty cycle continuously, and can realize the drive of high-voltage IGBTs, the surveillance of IGBT's overcurrent as well as the control of the voltage and current of PEF output. The tests i:a laboratory confirm that the system has achieved the design goat, can produce high voltage pulsed-electrical-field output wave frequency from 10 to 10 kHz, duty cycle from 2 to 10 μs and voltage high to 35 kV, and has the extended capability. The new controller enlarges the equipment flexibility and portability and meets the re- quirements of the new high-voltage pulse electric field equipment control system.
