摘 要:为了实现平面钢板坡口切割及测量的自动化,需要对钢板图像的边缘进行提取。可使用一条与钢板边缘相交的线结构光,获得更加稳定、可靠的边缘提取结果。首先通过阈值处理、区域生长以及霍夫变换的方法准确获取结构光直线段。然后由结构光的位置获取标记钢板以及背景内部的种子点,同时使用Sobel算子获取梯度图像。最后对具有种子点的梯度图像进行分水岭分割从获得钢板的边缘。利用结构光易于准确提取的特点,获得稳定可靠的种子点。实验结果表明,在光照变化、边缘较弱以及干扰物出现的情况,此方法均可以获得稳定的边缘提取结果。To achieve the plane plate beveling and measurement automation,the image edge extraction is necessary.This paper gets stable and reliable edge detection results by using a structured light intersec.ted with the plate edge.Firstly,through threshold processing,region growing and Hongh Transform method,the structured light region is obtained accurately.Then the seed points are obtained on the basis of the position of the structured light,while using the Sobel operator to obtain a gradient image.Finally,the edge of the plane plate is detected by watershed segmentation method using the gradient image labeled with seed points.ln this paper,the seed points are achieved reliability because of the easy and accurate extraction of the structure light.The resuhs show that this method can obtain stable edge extraction in the case of illumination change,the weak edge and the interference.
