摘 要:随着经济发展全球一体化,人才培养的国际化已是大势所趋,《华盛顿协议》规定了工程认证体系,实现了国际间工程师的互认。工程认证体系要求以能力为导向,结合国际焊接工程师课程培训体系,制定了基于学习结果的专业课程计划。该计划由相互支持的专业课程和明确集成学习结果的知识-能力-素质为一体设计出来的课程计划。实现了焊接相关专业的焊接基础课程与IWE课程的有机结合,可以很好地培养焊接学生的工程实践能力,满足对国际化焊接人才培养的需要。With the development of economy globalization,internationalization of talents cultivation is the trend of the times.The "Washington Agreement" provides engineering accreditation system to achieve the mutual recognition of the engineers.The engineering certification system based on the ability and training system of the international welding engineers is developed, and the program of the professional courses based on the results is formulated.A curriculum plan is constructed and consists of mutual support of professional courses and clear integrated learning results of the knowledge-ability-quality.The combination of welding professional basic courses and IWE welding courses is achieved, which is very good for developing the engineering practice ability of welding students and can meet the needs of internationalization of talents cultivation.
