我国法学硕士研究生教育现实困境和改革方向

摘　　要：近年来,我国法学研究生教育随着高校规模扩张得到快速发展。然而由于招生人数不断膨胀,造成法学硕士研究生教育出现培养目标定位不明确、课程结构设置不合理、师资配备与教学方法不得当等诸多问题。因此,借鉴异域法学硕士研究生培养理念,重新设计我国法学硕士研究生培养方案,为我国法学硕士研究生教育改革之必要。基于此,文章通过对域外法治国家考察,总结了其法学硕士研究生教育值得借鉴的培养模式和制度设计,并在此基础上提出明确定位,培养目标,合理规划课程安排,优化革新教学方法等建议。In recent years,the law of graduate education in our country has rapidly developed with the expansion of colleges and universities. However,due to the constant expansion of the enrollment,resulting in a postgraduate education training objective law appears unclear orientation,course structure is unreasonable,teaching staff and teaching methods shall not be treated,and many other issues. Therefore,it is necessary to draw lessons from the foreign law master gradate education idea and redesign the law graduate training for our country law master graduate student education reforming. Based on this,this article summarizes the law education of postgraduate training mode and the system design worthy of learning by investing the rule of law of extraterritorial,furthermore,it advances the curriculum orientation training objectives,the rational planning curriculum and the optimization of innovation teaching method.
