安徽省高职院校教师参与休闲体育活动的意识与管理研究——以滁州职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、专家访谈和实地调查法等,以滁州职业技术学院为例,对安徽省高职教师参与休闲体育活动的意识与管理进行研究,发现:高职教师参与休闲体育具有自发性、参与动机广泛性、参与途径多样性等特点,并且受工作压力、场地设施、空暇时间、学校工会体育活动的氛围、领导参与度等因素影响。提出只有在领导的重视下、学校工会和体育协会的组织管理下,教师对休闲体育活动的参与意识才能得到进一步的提升。Through literature,expert interviews and field survey methods,in order this article researches on the consciousness and management of the teachers＇ panticipation in recreational sports activities in Chuzhou Vocational and Technical College,it is found that vocational teachers＇ participation in leisure sports have spontaneous,participation motivation breadth,diversity,participation in characteristic ways,and they are effected by the pressure of work,site facilities,spare time,school sports union atmosphere,leadership involvement and other factors.It thinks that only under the leadership of the attention,organization and management of the school under the trade unions and sports associations,teachers＇ sense of participation of leisure sports activities can be further improved.
