摘 要:本研究使用自编量表,从认知特征、知识结构、学习策略三个维度,以年级、专业为发展变量,以性别为社会学变量,院校为环境变量,对西部地区三所新建本科高校2000名大学生进行了整体分层抽样调查。结果显示,西部新建本科高校学生三维学习指标均表现出极其显著的性别、院校差异,女生各项指标自评均显著低于男生;在专业、年级发展变量上无显著差异。研究认为,西部新建本科高校人才培养模式趋同,学生学习发展群际差异突出,院校发展差异显著。建议西部新建本科高校针对学生认知特征,围绕专业教育,进行差异化人才培养模式探索,通过教与学的系统改革,提高人才培养质量。It investigated the three-dimensions learning development of the college students from the intelligence,knowledge and learning strategy,using a sample of 2000 college students at three new four-year colleges in the western region with the self-designed questionnaires.The result indicated that the student learning were directly influenced by the demographic characteristics and campus environment,the women's self-report grades were distinctly lower than the men's.However,no influence appeared from the undergraduate programs and classes.This survey found that the three colleges' talent cultivating modes were homogenized;student learning developments were directly influenced by the campus environments and the social groups they belonged to.It was suggested that these colleges should pay more attention to students' learning characteristics to strengthen the differentiated talent cultivating modes by systematic reforms of the teaching and learning with focus on the undergraduate programs.
