异育银鲫对9种饲料原料体外消化率的测定

摘　　要：利用异育银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)的肠道消化酶提取液,采用体外消化率的测定方法,分别测定了9种饲料原料的体外消化率。结果表明,异育银鲫对酵母水解物Ⅰ、酵母水解物Ⅱ的干物质和粗蛋白质体外消化率较高(干物质>50%,粗蛋白>60%),对豆粕、玉米蛋白粉、秘鲁蒸汽鱼粉的干物质和粗蛋白质体外消化率次之;对酵母水解物Ⅲ、啤酒酵母粉、阿根廷肉骨粉、花生粕的体外消化率较低(干物质<40%,粗蛋白<50%)。本实验的体外消化率结果可为异育银鲫饲料原料的选择提供参考依据。Apparent digestibilities of 9 feedstuffs in vitro were determined by intestinal digestive en-zyme extracts of gynogenetic silver crucian carp（Carassius auratus gibelio）. The results showed thatthe apparent digestibilities of hydrolyzed yeast Ⅰ and Ⅱ in vitro were higher than the others（dry mat-ter digestibilities 50% and crude protein digestibilities 60%）, followed by soybean meal, corn glutenmeal and peruvian steam dried fishmeal, while that of hydrolyzed yeast Ⅲ, brewing yeast, meat andbone meal, peanut meal were relatively lower（dry matter digestibilities 40% and crude protein digest-ibilities 50%）. The results of digestibility in vitro can be regarded as a reference in feedstuff choos-ing for gynogenetic silver crucian carp.
