摘　　要：加快新农村建设需要培养大批农村实用技术人才,职业教育可提高农民科技素养和劳动技能。根据农村实际,政府要加大对农村职业教育的投入,整合教育资源加强农村职教师资队伍建设,采取特色化、灵活多样的办学模式,把农村职业教育办成培养职业农民、新型农民的大课堂。To accelerate the new rural construction needs to cultivate a large number of rural technology talents,vocational education can improve the level of knowledge and work skills.This paper analyzes the current plight of rural vocational education and the formation reasons and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of rural vocational education,providing a new method for building a well-off society in an all-round way.
