摘 要:以一款轿车前保险杠为研究对象,以LS-DYNA软件为仿真平台,通过低速碰撞仿真分析找出其耐撞性能的不足,结合碳纤维材料及铝合金材料的使用,设计了一款新式前保险杠,并对新保险杠的吸能盒吸能水平及防撞梁的铺层形式进行了研究.经过碰撞仿真分析,新保险杠的吸能水平、加速度值及碰撞时间均得到了明显优化,并且重量下降了38.8%.An automobile front bumper is studied based on the LS-DYNA simulation platform. The lack of crashworthiness is obtained by the low speed collision simulation analysis. Combined with the use of carbon fiber material and aluminum alloy material, a new front bumper is designed and its energy absorption level of the energy absorbing box and layer form of the anti-collision beam are studied as well. The energy absorption level, the acceleration value and the time of collision of the new bumper reached an obvious optimization after the collision simulation analysis, with the quality was reduced by 38.8%.
