摘  要:采用微波消解—电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对几种样品中微量元素进行含量分析。结果表明:所测面粉和方便面样品中P、S、Ca含量普遍较高,Fe、Mn、Cu、Al含量也相对较高,Pb、Cr、Cd含量较低,方便面样品中Ca含量明显高于面粉样品。方法简便、快捷、检出限、准确度和精密度均较好,测量的相对标准偏差为0.06%~8.92%,其中P、S、Ca的加标回收率均在94.8%~105.8%之间。The paper develops a new method of microwave digestion—inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry( ICP-AES) for determination of trace elements in flour samples and instant noodles samples. The results indicate that P,S,Ca content of the proposed measured flour and instant noodles samples is higher,Cu,Fe,Mn,Al content is relatively high,Pb,Cr,Cd content is low,and Ca content of instant noodles samples is obviously higher than that of flour samples. This method is simple,convenient,rapid,detection limit,accuracy and precision measurement were well,the relative standard deviation is in the range of 0. 06% ~ 8. 92%,The standard recoveries of P,S,Ca were in the range of 94. 8% ~ 105. 8%.
