摘　　要：龙岩学院新增电气工程及其自动化专业(本科)以"应用型人才培养"为目标,建立有效的应用型本科实践教学体系并予以实施。分析了现行实践性教学中存在的问题,提出实践性教学体系建设、师资队伍建设与教材建设的思路,为培养满足社会需求、引领社会发展的高素质应用型高级工程技术人才提供建设性建议。The new speciality of Electrical Engineering and automation（ undergraduate） in Longyan University takes the ＂ application- oriented talent cultivation＂ as the goal,and the effective application- oriented undergraduate practice teaching system is to be constructed and implemented. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the current practice teaching and proposes some thoughts on the construction of practical teaching system,construction of teaching staff and teaching materials,some constructve suggestions on cultivating high- quality and application- oriented engineering talents who can meet the society＇s needs and lead the social development.
