摘　　要：高等职业教育专业教学资源库建设计划的启动和建设,带动了职业教育理念、教学方法和学习方式的变革。但目前资源库的建设和应用也存在一些问题,尤其是资源库的平台建设还需要进一步加强顶层设计。因此,在资源库的开发建设过程中,需要构建应对产业人才培养需求的资源开发与管理系统,以学习者为中心建立一站式学习平台,打造行业企业深度参与机制,并借助平台战略,整合各关联主体的资源与需求,建立利益驱动机制,从而使专业教学资源库更好地发挥作用。The construction of professional teaching database of higher vocational education changes the concept, teaching method and learning method of vocational education. However, at present there are still some problems. Especially, the construction of the database requires the strengthening of top-level design. Therefore, it is important to set up the resource development and management system required by the industrial personnel cultivation, build the one-stop learning platform, create the system participated by enterprises, integrate the resources and needs of the main participants with the help of platform, and to establish the benefit-driving mechanism so as to play the better role of professional teaching database.
