摘 要:目的探讨护理人员科研能力现状及科研培训存在的问题,在行动中培训护理人员科研能力,构建护理科研培训课程体系。方法采用行动研究法,在明确问题后,对45名在职护士分3期,每期15名,通过计划、行动、观察、反思3个循环过程实施护理科研培训;通过小组访谈、自我评价等收集资料发现问题,改进培训课程。结果研究对象各次课程的平均成绩均高于培训前,3轮培训同一课程平均成绩逐步提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);各轮研究对象的整体平均成绩也逐渐提高,比较3个循环学员平均成绩,差异有统计学意义(F=48.481,P<0.001)。访谈资料分析显示学员学习兴趣和学习自主性提高。结论行动研究法提高了护理科研培训效果,构建了科研培训课程体系。Objective To improve nursing scientific research ability using action research method and to construct the curriculum of nursing scientific research training.Methods Action research method was adopted to improve scientific research ability for nurses.Forty-five nurses were divided into three rounds.The training was carried out through a cycle of "plan-action-observation-reflection".Data were collected by group interview and self-assessment in order to find problems and improve training course.Results After the application of three rounds of training,there were significant increases in test scores of each course.The average score of the same course was significantly higher than before(P0.05),and the scores of trainees in three rounds were gradually increased(F=48.481,P0.001).The group interview results showed that the trainees' learning interest and learning autonomy were improved.Conclusion The action research method improves the effects of nursing scientific research training,and the curriculum of nursing scientific research training is constructed simultaneously.
