大学生对精子捐赠认知态度的调查研究——以安徽某医学院校学生为例

摘　　要：目的:调查了解大学生对精子捐赠的认知态度等,讨论精子捐赠的优势以及可能引发的伦理问题,为我国精子库进一步建设、完善提供初步参考依据。方法:为临床医学生和医事法学学生设计了一份问卷,以班级为单位进行现场匿名问卷调查,回收有效问卷239份,采用SPSS19.0统计软件对资料进行分析。结果:临床医学生和医事法学学生对精子捐赠了解程度较低,分别为35.5%和52.5%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);愿意捐赠精子的人数也不多,分别为14.5%和28.6%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:我国大学生对精子捐赠了解程度低,愿意捐赠者很少,而且精子库运行过程仍存在一些伦理问题,政府应该加强对精子库的管理,制定相关的规章制度、执行标准的操作程序,并且加强对精子捐赠的宣传和扶持。Objective： To investigate the university students＇ attitudes and cognition towards human sperm donation in Anhui. At the same time, we discuss the advantages and ethical issues of sperm donation, so as to improve the construction and perfection of sperm bank. Methods： Design a questionnaire for clinical students and medical law students. Self-designed anonymous questionnaire survey was carried out in each class unit. Total of 239 valid questionnaires were received. SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for date analysis. Results： Awareness of sperm donation in clinical students and medical law students is kind of low, accounted for 35.5vA and 52.5% respectively, with a significant difference （P 〈0.05）; very few clinical students and medical la~ students are willing to donate sperm, accounted for 14.5% and 28.6% respectively, with a significant difference （P 〈0.05） . Conclusion： Understanding and willing to donate sperm are pretty low. Besides, multiple ethical issues still exist in the application of human sperm bank, which calls for strengthening the management, supervision, regulations and standardized operational procedures of human sperm bank. The government should also strengthen the publicity and support of sperm donation.
