摘 要:在系统阐述教学质量监控的内涵与教学质量监控体系设计原则的基础上,对教学质量监控与评价体系进行了分析与探讨。分析表明:一要不断完善高校教学质量的监控手段,坚持构建高校教学质量监控体系,强化高校教学内容为"结果与过程并重"的教学质量监控与评价体系;二要建立"以学生为中心"的教学特点评价指标、多样化的评价模式。深化改革高校教学质量监控与评价体系的实践与发展,是促进高校教学质量提高和教学秩序稳定的关键。In this paper, based on the content of teaching quality monitoring and the design principle of quality control system, the paper analyzes and discusses the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system. Through analysis, this paper made the following conclusions: The first one is to improve the quality of teaching methods, and to establish the quality control system of undergraduate teaching management. Attention should be given to the result and process in strengthening the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system. The second one is the students-centered and diversified evaluation system. Deepening the reform of undergraduate teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system will promote the improvement of teaching quality and establish the stability of teaching order.
