摘　　要：国内访学是我国教育部针对高校教师的职后继续教育而制定的一项政策,目的是有效地提高高校教育者各方面的知识水平。理性地认识当前国内访问学者继续教育中存在的问题,积极探索实现访学继续教育的有效途径,是提高访学质量的关键。Domestic visiting is a policy aiming at the continuing education for the college teachers formulated by the Ministry of Education,in order to enhance the knowledge level of the college teachers. It＇s essential to recognize the existing problems of domestic visiting scholars in the continuing education,to explore the realization approaches and to improve the quality of visiting in continuing education.
