摘  要:[目的]采用分子蒸馏技术拆分蛇床子油,并进行气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析。[方法]短程分子蒸馏分为两级,一级蒸发温度为60℃、真空度50.0 mbar,二级蒸发温度为60℃、真空度5.0 mbar,进样温度均为30℃、冷凝温度10℃、刮膜转速200 rpm。利用GCMS对蛇床子油及不同馏分物进行成分分析。[结果]两级分子蒸馏共得到3部分馏分物,总上样量为346.70 g,回收总计339.82 g,总回收率为98.01%;一级轻组分(DF1)为164.93 g(47.57%),二级轻组分(DF2)为133.42 g(38.48%),二级重组分(RF2)为41.47 g(11.96%)。对原油和各级馏分物分别进行GC-MS分析,共检测出28个化合物,主要成分为右旋萜二烯、4-异丙基甲苯、α-蒎烯、1,2-环氧柠檬油精、反-柠檬烯氧化物等,但各部分中成分数量及相对含量差别显著。[结论]分子蒸馏是一种能有效分离纯化挥发油的技术,可应用于挥发油的加工利用。[ Objective] The essential oi! was fractionated from Cnidium monnieri by by molecular distillation (MD) and analyzed by GC-MS. [ Method] Short-range molecular distillation was divided into two,the evaporation temperature was 60℃C ,the degree of vacuum was 50.0 and 5.0 mbar respectively, the injection temperatures Was 30℃ ,the condensing temperature was 10℃, the scraping film speed was 200 rpm. The essential oil from Cnidium monnieri and different fractions was subjected to composition analysis by GC-MS. [ Results]Two molecular distillation fractions were obtained 3 portions,that of the total sample volume 346.70 g, total recovered amount 339.82 g, total recovery 98.01%. The yields of distilled fractions ( DF1 and DF2 ) and residued fractions ( RF2 ) were 164.93 g(47.57% ), 133.42 g (38.48%) and 41.47 g( 11.96% ), respectively. GC - MS results revealed that 28 ingredients were detected in the essential oil,including D-limonene ,4-isopropyl-toluene, α- pinene, 1,2-epoxy lemon oil fine, anti - limonene oxide, etc. ,but the composition number and relative amounts of chemical components in different factions were significantly different. [ Conclusion] The technology of molecular distillation is an effective separation and purification method for essential oil, which can be applied to the processing and utilization of essential oil.
