摘　　要：高职院校的学生党员发展工作对于加强组织建设、促进人才培养具有重要意义。长期以来,各高职院校普遍重视党建工作,但在学生党员培养和发展过程中仍存在一些不规范、不合理的现象,亟需在深入探析原因的基础上提出对策,以一步加强和改进高职院校学生党员发展工作,促进学生党员培养和发展的规范化和制度化。The development work of student Party members in higher vocational colleges has important significance for organization development and personnel training. The current common attaches great importance to the Party construction in higher vocational colleges, but, there are still some unreasonable non-standard phenomena in the process of student Party members＇ training and development , needs to be solved on the basis of deeply analyze the reason, to further strengthen and improve the work of developing student Party members in higher vocational colleges, promote the standardization and institutionalization of student Party member education and development.
