摘　　要：高校内部冲突在权力关系、人际关系、职能关系和部门关系等方面都有明显表现。这些冲突的存在影响了高校的和谐发展,隐含并潜伏着矛盾和危机。深刻认识高校内部冲突表现,加强公平生态建设,是消解高校内部冲突,维护校园和谐稳定,促进高校持续发展的必然选择。The inner conflict at colleges and universities has obvious performance in power relationship, interpersonal relationship, functional relationship, and department relationship. The existence of these conflicts affects the harmonious development of colleges and universities, and implies the contradiction and crisis. To strengthen the construction of fair ecology should be the inevitable choice for eliminating the inner conflicts, maintaining campus harmony and stability, and facilitating the sustainable development of colleges and universities.
