摘  要:现代职教体系下,专本分段培养应实现平稳过渡和无缝衔接。应明确"五年一体化"人才培养目标定位,构建"一体化"高职及本科课程体系,建立"三方互动、深度合作、工学结合"的互动平台,实现师资、硬件、信息的共享,形成较为完善的专本分段技术技能型人才培养模式。It is critical to make smooth and stable the connection between college and university education in the modern vocational education system. Based on the practice of the pilot project, this paper studies the talent training mode of "five-year integration" and makes its target clear. By constructing the integrated curriculum system of the higher vocational education and undergraduate education, we can establish the platform of "three-party interaction, deep cooperation, work and study combination", on which the faculty, hardware and information are shared. Therefore, the talent training mode is perfected, and has achieved good results in practice, which could be a reference for similar programs in modern vocational education system.
