摘　　要：书院制人才培养模式改革旨在以住宿社区为载体,加强通识教育,促进师生互动,突出学生自治,突破专业教育的狭隘性,培养学生完整人格。书院制模式下,学生组织承担着进行思想教育、实施学生自治、提供成长服务、促进师生互动和培养学生能力的功能。书院制改革过程中学生组织的调整应坚持传承性、需求性、创新性等原则。The reform of the personnel training mode under collegiate system which takes residential com- munity as the carrier aims to cultivate intact personality through strengthening general education, impro- ving teacher-student interaction, highlighting student self-government, and breaking through professional education. Under collegiate system, student organizations perform the function of conducting ideological education, achieving student self-government, providing development services, improving teacher-student interaction, and developing students capability. In the reform of collegiate system, the adjustment made to student organizations should adhere to principles of continuity, by demand and innovation.
