治校能力现代化进程中高职院校人才工作思考

摘　　要：文章分析了目前高职院校人才工作的总体现状及存在的问题,提出了高职院校在推进治理能力现代化进程中充分发挥人才工作作用的对策建议,从而推动高职院校人才工作发展。This article analyzes the status quo of and the problems arising from the talents work in vocation-al colleges and puts forward the countermeasures in giving a full play to the roles talents work plays in the process of promoting the modernization of vocational college administration.
