摘　　要：肿瘤已成为严重威胁人类健康的重大疾病之一。近年来随着对肿瘤细胞内的信号转导、细胞周期调控、细胞凋亡过程的深入研究,针对分子靶点的高效、低毒、特异性强的新型抗肿瘤药物已成为当今抗肿瘤药物研究开发的重要方向。笔者综述了近5年FDA批准上市的单靶点小分子抗肿瘤药物、多靶点小分子抗肿瘤药物和抗肿瘤单克隆抗体的临床应用和临床研究进展。Tumor is one of the serious diseases greatly influencing human＇s health. Along with the rapidly increased knowledge of signal transduction in tumor cell,cell cycle regulation and apoptosis in recent years,molecular-targeted therapies have become one of the most achievable fields in the development of anti-tumor drugs with high efficiency,low toxicity and high selectivity. This paper reviewed recent progresses in the pharmacotherapeutics and clinical studies of molecular-targeted anti-tumor drugs,including single-targeted inhibitors,multi-targeted inhibitors and monoclonal antibodies inhibitors.
