高职院校科技创新团队建设的问题与思考

摘　　要：高职院校科技创新团队是提高学校科研水平和社会服务能力的有效组织形式,在对高职院校科技创新团队内涵进行深入探讨的同时,对其团队建设的现状进行调研,详细分析了高职院校在科技创新团队建设方面存在的问题,阐述了高职院校科技创新团队建设的原则,提出了提升高职院校科技团队创新能力的措施。In higher vocational colleges, building-up a Scientific Innovation Team is to improve the level of scientific research and social service. This paper clearly defines ＂Scientific Innovation Teams＂ in higher vocational colleges, and investigates in depth the current status of research, and also analyses the problems in the building-up. At last,it outlines the constructing principles of Scientific Innovation Team in higher vocational colleges, and proposes some approaches and strategies to enhance the innovating abilities.
