缓速器功率可调对车辆运输效率的影响研究

摘　　要：通过对发动机缓速器工作过程的分析,提出了调整其制动功率的途径,并试验验证了固定转速下的功率调整效果,比较分析了功率可调和不可调时车辆的下坡行驶能力,结果表明,缓速器功率可调时,汽车可以在更多的坡道上以更快的车速稳定行驶,降低了驾驶员劳动强度,提高了车辆运输效率。Through analyzed the working process of engine retarder, put forward the method to adjust the brake power of engine retarder, and tested the adjusted brake power at the fixed speed on the experiment bench, compared the capacity of vehicle travelling downhill when the power is adjustable and non-adjustable, the result shows that, when the brake power of retarder is adjustable, vehicles can going through more different gradient downhill at a faster steady speed, reduced the driver＇s labor intensity, improved the efficiency of vehicle transportation.
