摘  要:男女两性存在必然的性别差异,而不合理对待这种差异就会造成性别歧视,导致女大学生在求职过程中被区别对待,遭受就业性别歧视,弱势地位明显,就业形势严峻,就业质量、生存状况与男生产生明显差距,不利于社会的和谐、稳定。政府、社会、学校等相关部门应密切协作,因势利导,有针对性地开展工作,清除不利于女性就业、发展的障碍,促进就业性别平等,解决女大学生就业难的问题。There exist gender differences between males and females,yet treating the differences unreasonably would lead to gender discrimination and to the fact that female university graduates are taken unfairly during jobhunting and have suffered from employment gender discrimination. What's worse,female students are particularly disadvantaged,facing such a severe employment situation that their employment quality and living conditions vary with those of male students,which will undermine social harmony and stability. The relevant departments such as governments,society and colleges should cooperate and carry out the work pertinently to remove the barriers of female employment and development. Only in this way can we promote gender equality of employment and solve the problem of female university students' unemployment.
