摘　　要："卓越工程师教育培养计划"的实施为我国高等工程教育的发展指明了方向,注入了动力,加快了我国由工程教育大国向教育强国迈进的步伐。高等工程教育应以此为突破口,转变教育观念,树立"大工程"观,构建"做中学"的CDIO工程教育模式和以工程项目为驱动的实践教学体系,强化产学研合作教育,创建工程实践环境,建立工程化人才培养体系,探索适应我国经济建设与发展需要的高等工程人才培养模式。The implementation of ＂excellent engineers education training plan＂ points the way to stimulate the development of higher engineering education and speeds up the transformation process of China to become a leading power in educational field. This is a sally port for higher engineering education to change the notion of education, to build up the concept of ＂macro-engineering＂, to construct the ＂learning by doing＂ CDI0 engineering education mod- el, and the educational practice system by launching engineering project, to strengthen teaching-research-production cooperative education, to establish a favorable environment and personnel training plan for engineering practice and to explore an appropriate higher engineers training plan designed for Chinese economic development.
