摘　　要：现代职业教育在本质上是一项文化活动,职业的文化性、技术的文化性、人的文化性及教育的文化性,这四维度文化属性同社会和个体对相关文化需求之间的关系决定了现代职业教育的文化价值本质属性。现代职业教育价值选择的文化回归需要从四个层面努力:国家社会历史文化传统层面,培育中国特色的制造文化成为现代职业教育的新使命;产业经济技术层面,职业教育关注技术精神世界的构建;院校层面,构筑职业教育发展的文化生态系统;个体发展层面,置于文化环境之中培养完整的职业人格品质。Modern vocational education is a cultural activity in essence, the cultural nature of the job, the culture of the technology, the cultural nature of human and the cultural nature of education, these four dimensions of cultural attributes of the relationship between the social and individual needs of the relevant culture determines the nature of the cultural value of modem vocational education. The cultural regression of the value choice of modem vocational ed- ucation needs to be from four aspects： national social historical and cultural traditions level, cultivating Chinese char- acteristics of manufacturing culture become the new mission for modem vocational education; industry economic and technical level, the construction of the spiritual world of vocational education focuses on technology;college level, construct the vocational education development culture ecosystem;individual development level, in cultural environ- ment to develop a complete professional personality quality.
