摘　　要：谐波减速器柔轮磨损是其传动性能退化的主要原因,柔轮磨损失效机理的研究可为谐波减速器的设计制造提供借鉴。通过国内外谐波减速器在空间润滑和失效机理两方面研究进展的介绍,对比不同润滑方式的研究成果,提出谐波减速器柔轮磨损失效机理研究方面存在的问题,及今后其摩擦磨损机理的研究方向。The main reason for the transmission performance degradation of harmonic reducer is the wear of flexible wheel,and the research of failure mechanisms of flexible wheel provides a reference for design and manufacture of harmonic reducer. By research progress introduction of space lubrication and failure mechanisms of harmonic drive reducer at home and abroad,comparing the research results of different lubrication method,then the existing problems of wear failure mechanism of flexible wheel and its future research direction of friction and wear mechanism are proposed.
