双气囊电子小肠镜在青少年小肠疾病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究双气囊电子小肠镜在青少年小肠疾病诊断中应用及安全性。方法:回顾性分析2007年9月-2015年3月就诊我院并行双气囊电子小肠镜检查的青少年患者共计59例,按年龄划分为少年组和青年组。结果:青少年小肠疾病多以黑便、便血、腹痛、呕吐等症状而就诊,症状均不具有特异性(P>0.05)。青少年小肠疾病以小肠克罗恩病、小肠畸形等疾病多见。双气囊电子小肠镜对青少年小肠疾病有较高确诊率,少年组、青年组、总确诊率分别为94.44%、82.93%、86.44%(均P<0.05),其对青少年各类小肠疾病诊断准确率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。检查中所有患者均未发生明显不良反应。结论:双气囊电子小肠镜是诊断青少年小肠疾病有效的检查手段,其诊断率高,安全性好。Objective：To investigate efficacy and safety of double-balloon enteroscopy in small intestine disease in teenagers.Methods：We retrospectively analysed the patients who visited endoscopy center and underwent double-balloon endoscopy from September 2007 to March 2015.A total of59 patients were divided into the children group and the youth group according to age.Results：Main clinical symptoms on small intestine disease in children and the youth were melena,hematochezia,abdominal pain,vomiting and so on.And there were no specific gastrointestinal symptoms on children and the youth in the small intestine disease（P〈0.05）.Most of teenagers suffered from intestinal diseases such as small intestinal Crohn＇s disease,abnormalities of small intestine.Double-balloon enteroscopy for teenagers intestinal diseases had a higher diagnosis rate,and total positive rate were 94.44%,82.93%and 86.44%respectively in the children group and the youth group（all P〈0.05）.There were no statistical differences in diagnosis accuracy for all kinds of small intestine disease with double-balloon enteroscopy examination（P〈0.05）.In the process of inspection,no adverse reaction occured.Conclusion：Double balloon enteroscopy is an effective and safe way to diagnoze intestinal diseases with high diagnostic rate.
