摘　　要：拐枣在药用与食用方面均有良好的价值。本文对拐枣药理作用进行概括,整理综述了近三年利用拐枣研究开发的系列产品,以期为拐枣系列产品进一步开发研究提供参考依据。Turnjujube has attracted increasing attention due to its great value in both medicine and food. In this manuscript,the pharmacology of turnjujube has been summarized and exemplified with the serial products developed on the basis of turnjujube in recent three years. This review will shed light on the further development of other turnjujube based products.
