立德树人基本导向下新疆某医学院校思想政治工作创新研究

摘　　要：当前,新疆医学生思想动态表现为重专业,轻人文;所处环境复杂,宗教意识明显;政治观念淡化,功利主义意识增强。新疆医学院校思想政治工作中存在的问题有观念上重视度不够;内容和形式上比较单一;队伍建设不够合理。解决思路是以立德树人为导向,转变观念,强化对医学生的医德教育;整合教育内容,重视思想政治理论课、医学人文课程的建设和融合;丰富教育手段,改进思想政治工作方式;加强队伍建设,优化思想政治教育格局;加强校园文化建设,营造良好的人文环境等。The current characteristics of Xinjiang medical students and their dynamic of concept include long educational system and high pressure, paying more attention to the major than the humanism, complex environment, obvious religious consciousness, desalination of politi- cal idea, and enhanced sense of utilitarianism. The existing problems of ideological and palitical work in Xinjiang Medical College include pay- ing insufficient attention on the concept, single contents and style, and irrational team construction. The solutions are to build concept of Khalid Ents oriented, transfer the consciousness, strength the medical ethical for the medical students, and integrate the educational contents, pay more attention to integration of political theory and medical humanities program, enrich the ways of education, improve the work style of poli- tics, strengthen the construction of talent team, optimize the pattern of politics, prompt the campus culture construction and build a good hu- manist environment.
