摘 要:通过4根尾矿砂替代率分别为40%、50%、60%、70%的混凝土梁和1根普通混凝土梁的受弯性能对比试验,研究尾矿砂替代率对混凝土梁的受弯性能、破坏形态和变形特征的影响规律。结果表明,随着尾矿砂替代率的增大,混凝土梁的开裂荷载和极限承载力没有明显降低,但混凝土梁最大裂缝宽度和跨中挠度随尾矿砂替代率的增加而增大;尾矿砂替代率在40%~50%时,具有较好的经济效益。By flexural performance comparison tests between 4 concrete beams whose tailings replacement rate are 40%, 50%, 60%,70% and 1 common concrete beam,we study the tailings replacement rates" influence on the force performance,failure mode and deformation characteristics. The results show that with the increase of tailings replacement rate,the cracking load and the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete beams are not significantly reducing, but the maximum crack width and span deflection of concrete beams are increasing; when the railings replacement rate is at 40% to 50%,the concrete has the better economic benefits.
