“体育援藏”背景下安多藏区农牧区全民健身路径工程现状调查研究

摘　　要：在国家"体育援藏"政策全面实施的背景下,以安多藏区部分县市农牧区的全民健身路径工程和参与路径锻炼的部分群众为研究对象,通过查阅文献资料、开展访谈、问卷调查与实地考察等方法,对安多藏区农牧区全民健身路径工程的建设与使用现状进行调查和分析。结果表明:安多藏区农牧区全民健身路径工程建设的数量与种类能基本满足农牧民群众的健身需要;许多农牧民群众难以读懂健身路径的指示说明;受高原特殊气候条件和人为的影响,健身路径器材损耗较为严重;许多健身器材没有标明安装日期和报废日期,使用过程中安全隐患突出。建议管理部门积极利用政策优势,促进农牧区全民健身路径工程建设和藏区民族传统体育资源的开发与保护有效结合。Development of fitness for Anduo Tibetan farmers and herdsmen under thebackground of ＂Project of Aiding Tibet with Sports＂ was researched with adoption of literature study, interview, questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation. It showed that fitness programs and facilities could satisfy the farmers＇ and herdsmen＇s needs. However, many farmers and herdsmen could not understand the fitness instructions. Due to the weather condition and other factors, the sports facilities were damaged. There was no date of installation or expiration on many of the facilities, leading to potential risks in use. It was urgent that related departments make full use of the policies, combine the development of fitness programs with the traditional Tibetan sports resources.
