摘　　要：有机化学是高职药学专业的重要基础课程,是培养学生基本操作技能、创新能力的重要途径。根据教学要求和课程特点,文章从教学内容、教学方法、考核制度等几方面对有机化学课程教学进行了改革。通过改革,培养学生的实践能力和创新意识,实现高素质技能人才的培养目标。Organic chemistry is the important basic course in higher vocational education of pharmacy. It is not only cultivate the basic operation of students, but also develop the innovation ability of them. According to teaching requirement and characteristics of the course, the paper reforms the course contents, teaching methods, examination systems. Teaching reform can improve students＇ practical skills and creative ability. Through the reform, the cultivation of students＇ practical ability and sense of innovation, realize the goal of training talents.
