摘 要:目的:探讨新疆哈萨克族食管鳞状细胞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)流行病学特征,并结合临床资料及免疫表型分析。方法:收集了172例新疆哈萨克族ESCC患者资料,分析其临床病理资料,对标本进行免疫组化染色观察。结果:69.2%新疆哈萨克族ESCC患者<65岁,病变多在食管的中下段。其病理学分期,多以T3+T4为主。哈萨克族ESCC组织Cyclin D1阳性表达显著高于汉族ESCC(P=0.025)。结论:新疆哈萨克族ESCC具有种族特异性,推测Cyclin D1是哈萨克族食管癌的主要致病基因。Objective: To understand the epidemiological characteristics of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma( ESCC) in the Kazak population in Xinjiang by invetigating the clinical and immunophenotypic features. Methods:The data of 172 cases of Xinjiang Hazak patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were collected. The histopathological and immunohistochemical studies were performed. Results: 69. 2 percent of Xinjiang Hazak patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was under 65 years of age. Its pathological stage were mostly seen in T3+ T4 stage. In Kazak's esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,the expression of Cyclin D1 was significantly higher than that of Han's patients( P = 0. 025). Conclusion: Xinjiang Hazak's esophageal squamous cell carcinoma possesracial specificity. So speculated that Cyclin D1 was a major cause in Hazak's esophageal cancer.
