摘 要:目的建立食(饮)具表面残留的阴离子合成洗涤剂的连续流动注射测定法。方法用100 mL蒸馏水清洗食(饮)具表面残留的阴离子合成洗涤剂制成样液,采用SKALARSAN++型连续流动注射仪对样液中阴离子合成洗涤剂的含量进行测定。结果方法的线性范围为10μg/L^500μg/L,相关系数为0.999 7,检出限为2μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.6%~4.4%。在(50、100、200)μg/L 3个加标浓度水平的回收率在91.2%~104.1%之间。结论本方法准确度和精密度好,检出限低,适用于批量检测食(饮)具表面残留阴离子合成洗涤剂。Objective To establish the method for determination of anion synthetic detergent residue on the surface of dinner and drinking set by continuous flow injection analysis.Methods The dinner and drinking set was rinsed by 100mL distilled water to confect the simple solution, Then, the content of anion synthetic detergent in the simple solu- tion was determined by SKALAR SAN++ continuous flow injection apparatus.Results Linear range of the method was 10-500μg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7, the detection limit was 2 μg/L, the range of relative standard deviations (n=6)were 1.6 %-4.4 %.Tests for recovery were made at the concentration levels of 50,100 and 200 μg/L of anion synthetic detergent standard, the range of recovery rate were 91.2 %-104.1%. Conclusion This method was good accuracy and precision, low detection limit, it was suitable for batch? determination of anion synthetic detergent residue on the surface of dinner and drinking set.
