摘  要:目的探讨社交技能训练对青少年精神分裂症患者精神症状及社会功能的疗效。方法将102例住院的非急性期青少年精神分裂症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用药物治疗结合社交技能训练和单独药物治疗的方法进行干预,疗程8周。采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)和住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)在干预前、干预后4周和8周进行评估。结果共91例患者完成干预;与干预前比较,治疗组和对照组BPRS总分以及IPROS中的4个分量表得分在干预4周和干预8周均逐渐降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组BPRS总分以及IPROS中的3个分量表得分下降均较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社交技能训练能改善青少年精神分裂症患者的精神症状,并有助于患者社会功能的恢复。Objective To explore the curative effect of social skills training for teenagers schizophrenia patients" mental symptoms and social functions. Methods 102 patients in hospital of the non-acute phase of adolescent patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,respectively, using drug therapy combined with social skill training and single drug treatment, course of 8 weeks. Patients were assessed with Brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) and Inpatient Psychiatric rehabilitation Outcome Scale (IPROS) before intervention ,intervention for 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Results A total of 91 patients completed intervention. Compared with before intervention, BPRS total score and IPROS four factor scores of treatment group and control group were significantly decreased after 4 weeks and 8 weeks intervention (P〈0.05) ; BPRS total score and IPROS three factor scores in the treatment group significantly decreased than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Social skills training can improve mental symptoms of adolescent patients with schizophrenia, and help patients recover social function.
