摘 要:目的了解海东地区大棚蔬菜中有机磷农药残留情况。方法 2014年8月用梅花形抽样法采取海东地区5个乡镇大棚蔬菜样品106份,利用气相色谱-质谱法进行有机磷农药的残留量检测。结果检出44个有机磷农药残留样品和28个超标样品,检出率和超标率分别为41.51%和26.42%,且差异均有统计学意义(χ2=7.007,P=0.030,χ2=7.857,P=0.020),检出国家明令禁止的高毒禁用农药,检出率达13.21%,农药联合使用情况较为普遍。结论海东地区大棚蔬菜有机磷农药使用普遍,检出率和超标率高,还有违规使用高毒禁用农药和联合使用有机磷农药情况。Objective The study was conducted to assess the level of organophosphate pesticide residues in greenhouse vegetables in the Haidong area. Methods 106 vegetable samples from five towns of Haidong were selected by using the five-point sampling method in August of 2014, and the levels of organophosphate pesticide residues were detected by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GS-MS). Results 44 samples with organophosphate residues and 28 samples with non-complying levels of pesticide residues were detected, with a positive rate and non-compliance rate of 41.51% and 26.42%, respectively; the differences were statistically significant (x^2=7.007, P=-0.030, x^2=7.857, P=0.020). Pesticides banned by the law were detected, with a positive rate of 13.21%. The combined usage of different pesticides was common. Conclusion The application of organophosphate pesticides on greenhouse vegetables is common in the Haidong area. The positive rate and the non-compliance rate are both high, and usage of highly toxic and banned pesticides and combining different organophosphate pesticides are reported.
