美国中小学学校体育发展的政策困境分析

摘　　要：基于文献研究、定量研究深入分析美国当前中小学学校体育发展的政策困境,包括:联邦体制下的学校体育政策缺乏统一性和约束力;学校体育在教育政策中处于边缘化境地;学校体育政策实施的监督机制薄弱;学校体育实践的开展缺乏充足的资源保障;针对学校体育发展的辅助政策缺乏实践基础。Based on literature review and quantitative research,this paper analyzes the policy dilemma of primary and secondary school physical education in the United States,namely,the lack of unification and binding for school physical education policies under the federalism,the marginalized status of school physical education in education policies,the weak supervision systems of school physical education policy implementation,the lack of enough resource guarantee for the practices of school physical education policies,and the lack of practice bases for assistant policies of school physical education development.
