A Study on the Impact of Heterogeneity of TMT on the Enterprise's Technological Innovation Investment: An Empirical Analysis Based on the Data of Fujian Province and Shandong Province

摘  要:基于2013年福建省和山东省上市企业的数据,运用回归模型实证探讨高管团队异质性对企业技术创新投入的影响。全样本研究结果表明,高管团队异质性(性别异质性、年龄异质性、任期异质性、教育水平异质性及职业背景异质性)与企业技术创新投入不相关。分地区样本研究结果显示,福建省企业高管团队年龄异质性和任期异质性负向作用于技术创新投入,山东省企业高管团队年龄异质性正向作用于技术创新投入,而高管团队异质性的其他因素对技术创新投入不产生影响。根据以上研究结论,提出若干优化高管团队的建议。Based on the data of listed companies of Fujian Province and Shandong Province, the paper analyzed the relationship between heterogeneity of TMT and the enterprise' s technological innovation investment. The result of total sample showed that heterogeneity of TMT (heterogeneity of gender, age, tenure, educational background and occupational background) wasn' t related to the enterprise's technological innovation investment. The result of regional sample showed that: (1) as for Fujian province, heterogeneity of age, tenure of TMT had a negative influence on the enterprise's technological innovation investment. (2) As for Shandong province, heterogeneity of age of TMT had a positive influence on the enterprise's technological innovation investment. (3) Other factors of heterogeneity of TMT weren't related to the enterprise's technological innovation investment. According to the research conclusions, some suggestions that could optimize TMT structure were put forward.
